Well he's world champion, and we only get one of those a year.

FRL Rules

1)Team managers must select 6 drivers and 2 constructors from the current Formula 1 line-up. The total cost of which must not exceed 100 FRL credits.

2)Team managers must also select 3 races at which to use their bonus options (Double Points, Random Driver & Pole Sitter). Unused bonuses may be changed during the season but they must all be used by the final race.
Double Points: Your total score for the race weekend is doubled.
Random Driver: The points awarded to a driver chosen at random is added to your score for the race weekend.
Pole Sitter: The points awarded to the race's pole sitter is added to your score for the race weekend.
Only one bonus option can be used per Grand Prix.

3)The first 3 race weekends of the Formula 1 season are classed as a "Practice Session" in the FRL. Unlimited changes will be allowed until the start of the race weekend of the 4th race in the Formula 1 season.
During the race weekend of the 4th Grand Prix all scores will be reset to zero for the start of the FRL's racing season. However, a bonus of 150, 100 and 50 points will be awarded to the top 3 finishers of the Practice Session.

4)Team managers will only be allowed 5 changes (including alterations to bonuses) during the "Racing Season" (all races taking place after the Practice Session). These changes must be made no later than midnight (UK Time) on the Friday of each race weekend.

5)Points will be awarded in accordance with the official FIA results, however any alteration to a race's result after the FIA has announced the results as official will not be taken into account. Click Here to see the full scoring breakdown.

6)Interest will be paid on any unused FRL credits. Interest will be scored at the rate of 5 points per race, per each remaining FRL credit.

7)If a driver does not race for a team due to injury or a change in personnel then Team Managers will receive the points earned by the replacement driver. All teams will be automatically updated during the next race weekend. Team Managers do not need to make any manual alterations to their team, however, any alterations made by Team Managers during the racing season will come out of the 5 allowed changes.

8)If either a driver or constructor does not compete (eg due to an injury or suspension) and has no direct replacement all affected Team Managers will be awarded 1 extra change. Any Teams not amended accordingly before the next race weekend will score 0 points for the suspended driver or constructor.

However, if a driver or constructor starts the race weekend but does not take part in the race itself Team Managers will be unable to make any changes due to the fact that no changes to teams are allowed during a race weekend, the missing driver and/or constructor will therefore score the points awarded to last place. In the case of one or more drivers and/or constructors not taking part, they will be scored according to their position in the world championship coming into that race (ie the lower placed driver, in the driver's championship, will be scored last, with the higher placed driver scoring last but one).

9)In all cases the judges decision is final.
